All of the kids at camp decided to put on a concert for all of the adults (and any kids too chicken to get up on stage). They cleared off a deck to use as their stage, and they each picked out a song to dance and sing to. Kieran's favourite has always been Please Don't Stop the Music, so guess what he performed (: He lucked out that I had my hairspray and could put his hair into a mohawk of sorts and Daddy had some sunglasses kicking around in the truck. He was quite a little star!! He even had some of the women asking for his autograph (: When they explained to him what that was, he told them you spell it K I E R A N!!
The first page was from a sketch at Creative Scrappers which I missed posting on time for their challenge ):
I just added the second page because I had so many great pics and it worked. I hid the journaling under the pic on the first page (green tab)
Everything used on this layout was CTMH (You Rock paper pack) except for the stars (they're grungeboard) and I cut the letters out with the cricut. Oh! and I used an SU punch for the tab.

Adorable.....he is just tooo cute! Love this paper pack and the layout!
ReplyDeletePerfect and that paper, which I have always liked, is the perfect choice for the background. I myself feel like asking for an autograph and I didn't even see the performance! Great job Jenn!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, Jenn, I just looooooove this layout!!! He is so adorable, you must've been just howling! And what a lot of guts to get up and perform, eh? I love the mohawk - my mother-in-law has it in her head that every little boy should have a mohawk and she keeps trying to talk Nolan into getting one! I used that sketch too, and it's one of my faves. I really like how you did the second page to go with it, though, it looks awesome!!! I never would have thought of doing that. Beautiful!!! PS - thanks for your comment on my last post, you always make me feel better about the chaos in my life!
ReplyDeleteWhat cool pictures! Wonderful scrapbook page.
