This is a layout of Kieran learning how to ride a two wheeler without training wheels. It was just last summer and he was 6, which is a bit older then the other two boys, but Kieran is just a little guy so it took him a while longer to be big enough (: As you can tell from the pictures, he was pretty excited!!!
I used Graphically Speaking for the title, Bo-bunny double dot and I think Echo Park paper. The chipboard and cs are CTMH, which I stamped on with a background stamp.
So with only supply teaching this year, I have had some time to start putting my new scrap space together. It isn't quite finished but as soon as it is I will post some pics, along with some of my old room transformed for Azelyn. I think I did a pretty good job transferring most of the room to a 6x6 space (:
Have a great weekend everyone!!!!

(I am a third of the way there with only 3 months left): I did manage to complete about 12 pages this past weekend at Fall Flurry though!!

Great LO!!! I love the title and the pics of Kieran are priceless!!! I really like the idea of taking pics of the training wheels on the ground. Can't wait to see pics of your new spaces!
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful layout, I absolutely LOVE the title (is that a cricut cartridge?) and the bright colours! And I didn't even notice the photo of the training wheels until I read Jenn's comment, but that is such a cool idea. Well, I'm almost inspired to teach Ailis how to ride a two-wheeler, but we don't have training wheels and I don't think my back can handle hunching over that much. I guess she'll be at least 8 before she learns at the rate we're going! Hugs, Roxy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great, bold layout! Keep working towards your goal! I'm not sure I will meet mine either but I'm going to keep trying.
