Miracle Layouts (CTMH Special)

I did the following 4 pages using the Miracle kit, CTMHs special for National Scrapbooking Month. I loved how easy it was to put together!! Everything you needed was in the kit. Paper, die cuts (already cut to the size you need), stickers, flip flaps, embellishments and a sheet of the new Irresistibles, which you can ink whatever colour you need to to match your pictures!!

The only extras I needed were the ink pads and adhesive.

This gets me to 21 of 104 complete (:

Explorer Boy

I was lucky enough to have a weekend of scrapbooking with great friends!! Deb and Alison at O.C. Scrapbookers put on their semi-annual event, this one being the Spring Fling. I managed to complete 16 pages!!!

For this page I got to use this MME paper that I picked up from my friend Stephanie that is a sales rep for Ippity stamps. I also used my CTMH Cocktail Alphabet for the first time, I love this font!!! The CS is various brands and all of the buttons came from Deb and Alison's Bag o' Buttons. (isn't that big one the best!!?) The ink and brads are CTMH. The layout for the first page came from CTMH's Reflections book.

I journalled on the back of this page. I was trying to get Kieran to peek around the tree for me to take his picture and he was a bit confused about why?? He still has a bit of a puzzled look on his face in the big picture. In the others he is on the search for bugs (:

This layout puts me at 17 of 104 complete for my layout challenge.

Whoo Loves You

This is a layout a did last year but never posted. When I saw Rox's post about the Design Dollies challenge to use orange, brown and teal I knew I had the perfect thing!! (I hope you don't mind Rox)

For this layout I used CTMH's Whoo Loves You stamp set and did paper piecing for the owls and mushrooms. It was so long ago I don't remember what paper it was that I used. The title was done with the cricut.

As you can see, I had an idea of the colours I wanted to use when I took these pictures of my daughter Azelyn (notice the socks that I accidently made sure were in the pic?) Only a scrapbooker eh!?

Finally!!

I finally finished a new layout!! It is all Close To My Heart. I bought the Veranda Workshop on the Go. It is the first complete WOTG kit I've ordered and I'm so glad I did. I loved how it all came together without me having to stress over the little things!! Everything was there and coordinating.

Like a lot of others out there, I thought it was perfect for some of those wedding pictures still needing to be scrapped. Considering the reason I signed up with CTMH and started scrapping 4 years ago was to do a wedding scrapbook and so far I only have 4 completed layouts ):

Monkey Birthday (:

This is the last of the cards I made at Jen's. I think this little monkey by High Hopes is so adorable!! I just ordered the sentiment that goes with it so will have to add it once it comes in. The paper is CTMH and Bo bunny. I coloured him in with my copics. The ribbon, little dewdrops and cupcake button were all from Jen's stash (thanks Sweetie for sharing (: ) I used CTMH Liquid Glass on the cherry to make it shine. I used my boweasy to help me make the double bow.

I guess I better get my butt in gear now so I have something new to post!

Blowing Bubbles

I made this card for my son Kieran's 5th birthday which is coming up this Saturday. I used Bazzill Java CS for the base. The stamp is High Hopes Dwight the Dragon. I think he is so stinkin' cute!! I used Momentos to stamp (actually my dear sweeteheart of a friend Jen stamped him for me because I don't have that one yet!!) and coloured him with my copics. The ribbon is CTMH and the flowers and buttons are from my stash.

Thank You card for Mom

This was another card I made at Jen's. I gave it to my Mom as a Thank You for keeping my kids. This gorgeous paper is SU ( from my friend Deb), the ink, ribbon, flowers and buttons are CTMH & from my stash. I used my copics to colour. I tried the shading in the nesties on the inside, the sentiment is CTMH (I think Say it in Style??).

The stamp is Belles n Whistles, Belle sitting with Teddy. I think she is such a sweetie!!
