Fish or No Fish? This week's challenge at Scrap & Stamp (:

This week we have sketch challenge at Scrap & Stamp. I hope you will join us! Just remember to use a stamp somewhere on your layout and make sure you link up your page for a chance to win!




Last weekend I went fishing with my family. By the time we were all organized and drove the hour or so out to Manitoulin Island, it was after lunch. Needless to say we didn't catch any fish (we should have been there early in the morning if we wanted to do that!) but we all had a great time (: Here is what I came up with using the sketch as my inspiration (:



 For this layout I used Echo Park's Everybody Loves Christmas paper pack and stickers. The snowflakes were made using an EK Success punch. All other products were CTMH, Free Spirit, All You Need, State of Mind, and Delightful Alphabet stamp sets, cs, buttons, waxy flax, and paint.

    Beautiful job on this one Jenn! When I first saw the sketch on your post, I thought, "Oh boy, too many little pics, I don't think I could do this one!" So it really helps to see how you did it, and it looks fabulous! I really like the colours you chose, nice! Maybe I will give it a go after all, if I have time amidst the packing...

    Love this layout soooo much! Echo Park is one of my favourite paper companies right now....love their colours! I really like how you've softened/distressed the edges with paint and even though the photos are small, you can tell that everyone had a great time! Going to try to participate in this challenge.....off to find some pictures!

    Gorgeous - almost makes me feel like I was there - which thank God I wasn't because I hate the outdoors! As usual, your layout compliments your photogenic family! Nice job.

    I have to say this is one of my fav layouts! You can almost be fooled into believing it is a double page layout with that many ohotos and how well they are placed. I also love the diffrent colors you used here and you tied all the accessories together! Great job!
